Whilst creating the various kinds of biographies on Albert Einstein - both a traditional and Californian style - we had to alter the information and presentation to best suit our target audience.

 

The traditional style biography was focused on the target audience of adults and therefore, the information needed to be presented using facts and statistics, along with an accurate representation of the life Albert Einstein lead. The limited number of pictures used were predominantly black and white in order to focus the audience’s attention to the information with was written in decently sized paragraphs.

 

On the other hand, the Californian biography was made for the target audience of primary school aged children, so therefore, many pictures and more simplistic information needed to be used. It was also a necessity to include small bursts of information throughout the SWAY in order to keep the audience excited and engaged whilst reading. Fun facts and cartoons were also included to add additional material that was easy to read and understand.
